Describe yourself in three words: Positive, effective and service minded.

How would you describe your role? 
I do the pricing for all transport modes for Hecksher Sweden. I create tenders and quotes for international partners as well as Swedish clients, and I also support our sales team.

What is the most exciting part of your job?
It’s the variation, to be involved in many different tasks. I enjoy working with our nice customers and agents all over the world. It’s also exciting to be part of this changing industry, for example the digitalization, and still be able to be there to support our customers and agents.

Do you have any tips to customers planning their transportation?
To provide us with complete details and information for the shipment, and it will be easier for us to support with fast service and find good cost saving solutions for your transport.

To listen, understand and be responsive to customers’ needs and give the best service we can.
